This website is operated by RELIC, a brand of House of Corvinus, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Throughout the site the terms we us and our refer to RELIC and House of Corvinus, LLC. By visiting this site and or purchasing from us you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service including all policies referenced herein.

Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

Products and Services

RELIC offers physical goods including jewelry and ritual objects as well as digital products such as audio files and ebooks. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display products accurately. Variations in color scale texture and natural materials are inherent to handcrafted and one of a kind pieces and are not considered defects.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion including orders placed with incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is shipped responsibility transfers to the carrier. RELIC and House of Corvinus, LLC are not responsible for delays losses or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Returns Exchanges and Warranty

All returns exchanges and warranties are governed by the RELIC Return and Exchange Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and non refundable. Access to digital content is granted upon purchase. RELIC is not responsible for compatibility issues with customer devices or software.

If you experience issues downloading your digital purchase please contact aurelia@houseofcorvinus.com and your file will be delivered by email.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including images text audio designs logos and products are the intellectual property of House of Corvinus, LLC and may not be copied reproduced distributed or used without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Personal Use Only

Products are intended for personal use only. Commercial resale reproduction or redistribution is not permitted without explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law House of Corvinus, LLC shall not be liable for any direct indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased including but not limited to loss of use loss of data or loss of income.

Use of products is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the customer.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Corvinus, LLC and RELIC from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
