RELIC Return and Exchange Policy

RELIC pieces are handcrafted or one of a kind adornments created with precious metals, gemstones, and intentional design. Each piece is made in small batches or as a singular object and handled with care.

Because of the nature of this work, returns are limited and exchanges are preferred.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within seven days of delivery for unworn items that are returned in original condition. Items must show no signs of wear, alteration, damage, or use.

Exchanges may be made for another available piece of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.

Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective. Any damage must be reported within forty eight hours of delivery with clear photographs and written description.

Approved returns must be shipped back within seven days of approval. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

We do not accept returns for preference based reasons including but not limited to change of mind, sizing preference, or aesthetic taste.

Digital Products

All digital products including but not limited to audio files, ebooks, guides, and downloadable resources are final sale and non refundable.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact aurelia@houseofcorvinus.com. Your file will be sent directly by email.

One of a Kind Pieces

All one of a kind pieces are final sale. These items are clearly marked and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each one of a kind piece includes a one year repair warranty covering craftsmanship related issues. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or third party alterations. If your item has a one year warranty it will come with those details in your package.

Warranty and Repairs

RELIC offers a one year repair warranty on one of a kind pieces for craftsmanship related concerns. Repairs outside of warranty or due to wear or damage may be available for a fee.

All repair requests must be approved prior to shipment.

Care Responsibility

Once a piece has been worn, responsibility for care transfers to the owner. RELIC is not responsible for damage resulting from wear, impact, exposure to chemicals, moisture, or improper storage.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, custom pieces, ritual objects, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
