Shipping Policy

RELIC is a brand of House of Corvinus, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

Shipping Locations

At this time RELIC ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Method

All United States orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage.

No expedited shipping options are offered at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within three to five business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. One of a kind and limited pieces may require additional handling time.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier responsibility for delivery timing transfers to USPS.

RELIC and House of Corvinus, LLC are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. RELIC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and item so the issue can be reviewed.
